The staff's willingness to help with my Japanese phone calls was remarkable and alleviated my stress during a difficult moment. The room's air conditioning was already running upon arrival, making it extremely comfortable during Fukuoka's humidity.

The location is awesome, just seconds from the Christmas market. The amenities in the lobby are a nice touch too!

this hotel is so overrated, i cannot even. the 'fantastic' room was oddly smaller than expected, and don’t get me started on the roof terrace—totally closed! i almost left a glowing review, but i expected a complimentary bottle of water as any 5-star establishment would provide, and that never happened.

The room with two twin beds offered ample space, a rarity in Japan. We were lucky to have a balcony that overlooked the park, providing a lovely view and a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoying the Christmas markets and holiday lights in November added a festive touch to our stay. The beds felt cozy, and the separate washer and dryer in the coin laundry worked efficiently. Walking to various restaurants, the metro, and yatai food stalls was a breeze. the location is unbeatable. Opting for the buffet breakfast turned out to be a great choice, with plenty of delicious options. The lobby's free coffee, brewed from freshly ground beans, was a welcome perk. Most notable was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Chris, who provided assistance whenever we needed it. A few minor issues included the air conditioning needing adjustment for comfort and a slightly smaller balcony than expected, but these did not overshadow our overall experience.

Great stay and friendly vibes!
Had a fun night here. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot to chill and take in the view. Staff were super helpful, even found me some cool local tips. Only bummer was the breakfast wasn’t too exciting. could’ve used more options. But overall, comfy bed and nice air conditioning kept me cool in the Fukuoka heat!

I found the location to be great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a drink station in the lobby, which was nice after a long day of exploring. My family enjoyed the spacious twin room with a balcony that overlooked the park. It made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast lacked variety, so I only tried it once during our stay.

Just a reliable pick for a little getaway in Fukuoka with outstanding value for money. The friendly staff helped me with my luggage and made sure I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Make sure to request a room away from the air conditioning to avoid feeling too cold at night.
